Karen Goodman (American)
Focal Point
Karen joined the Outpost Relocation team in March 2008. Prior to moving to The Hague, she lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for four years with her husband and two children. She has a Bachelor of Science in Geology and was employed for a seismic processing company. Upon completion of her Master of Business Administration degree, Karen joined a large multinational bank financing commercial real estate deals in the United States.

Marja Chapman (Dutch)
Administrative Assistant
Marja joined Outpost in April 2008 after having returned to The Netherlands at the end of 2007. She worked in insurance when she left Holland 1982 and moved to Ivory Coast. More postings followed and she has lived in Burundi, Cameroon, Indonesia, Brazil, UK (2x), Bangladesh and China.
While abroad she worked for International Dutch companies as well as for the Dutch Embassy and has been very active in expatriate organizations around the world. Her main interests are golf, tennis and cryptic crosswords.

Charlotte de Jongh (Dutch)
Relocation Consultant
Charlotte rejoined the Outpost office in The Hague in September 2008. She has been overseas as a Shell expatriate spouse to Madagascar, Nigeria and the UK. Charlotte has two teenagers at home, a dog and a husband. She has a Masters degree in Dutch law and speaks Dutch, English and French. |

Julia Ogienko (Russian)
Relocation Consultant
Julia joined Outpost Relocation team in January 2007. She moved to The Hague from Moscow with her husband and daughter in May 2006. Previously she has also lived in Spain and Germany. Julia has a Degree in Linguistics, Finance and Postgraduate studies in Social Sciences. She has worked in different fields such as tourism, education and administration for the institutions like University of Granada, Council of Europe, Embassy of Spain and Peoples Friendship University of Russia. Being Russian she also speaks English, Spanish, French and German. Her main interests are traveling, photography, amateur theatre and piano. |

Kate Ryan (Australian)
Relocation Consultant
Kate joined Outpost The Hague in March 2008. Kate was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia and is happy to be a citizen of both countries. She has a degree in commerce and has spent time in academia teaching undergraduate marketing. Most of her working background has been in marketing, working in the oil sector. This involved many interstate moves in Australia and eventually to the United Kingdom.

Irene Schavemaker (Dutch)

Irene repatriated to the Netherlands in 2007. She has a background in Economics and International Human Resources. Irene has first hand exposure to pursuing employment opportunities overseas in her expatriate postings in London and Muscat. In Oman she worked with Outpost Muscat and gained skills and knowledge, which proved to be very transferable to her current position with Outpost The Hague. In January 2008 Irene joined the Careers and Development team and enjoys helping expatriate and repatriate partners finding their way in the Dutch labour and study market. |

Zoya Gretskaya (Russian)
Careers & Development Consultant
Zoya joined Outpost in March 2007. She moved to The Hague in October 2006 and previously lived in Groningen for 4.5 years. Although her original degree is in Geophysics, she worked in the area of marketing for a variety of international companies, from a small food processing company, to a large multinational machinery manufacturer. Her last job prior to joining Outpost was Marketing Sales Manager for a Dutch technology company based in Groningen, for which she still consults part time. Apart from The Netherlands, Zoya also worked, studied and lived in Sweden and Finland. She completed the JIPROFIN Executive training programme at Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration. She speaks fluent English and Dutch and is happily married with two children. Her hobbies are cross- cultural differences, music and travelling. |

Aruna Sethibal (Indian)
Careers & Development Consultant
Aruna joined Outpost in September 2008. She has a degree in Physics & an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School in Glasgow . She has worked in the areas of customer services, sales & marketing with British Airways. Her 12 year career with the airline began in India (where she was born) and continued in London where she lived for five years prior to relocating to Netherlands . She speaks fluent English, Hindi & Punjabi and is happily married with one daughter. Her hobbies are travelling, reading & fitness.
