Information Mornings
The Outpost Welcome Team:
This is a network of volunteers, of
many different nationalities, who are
happy to help and meet Shell families
arriving in The Hague or those returning
after living abroad. They appreciate
that relocating and repatriating is
a stressful time and will provide a
listening ear whilst you are settling
into life in The Netherlands.
Every
effort is made to reach you and your
family when you arrive in The Netherlands
either in your hotel or transit accommodation.
You will be sent an "Outpost
Welcome Package" which contains
'The Guide to The Hague', booklets
about the city of The Hague, an Access
Information Calendar, the Outpost
Welcome booklet and most importantly
an invitation to the next Information
Morning and much more.
The Information
Mornings:
These are held in the offices at
Carel van Bylandtlaan on the second
Tuesday of every month from 10am to
12pm. All Shell partners are
welcome to attend but they are primarily
for newcomers. Please feel free to
come along and browse the information
tables and meet other newcomers. There
will be an opportunity to meet members
of the Outpost Relocation Team and
the Welcome team to ask questions.
Members of the Careers Team also attend
the Information Morning if you would
like further details on working, studying
or volunteering in The Hague. Just
come along to Reception on the morning.
No appointment is necessary! Both
you and your children will be very
welcome. Please also feel free to
come along even if you have been here
a while. You may be surprised at what
information we have available.
